Where do you source your tea?
We source directly from Chiang Mai, Thailand. We work hand-in-hand with independent growers and local cooperatives through a direct-trade model. By ensuring their wages are fair and self-determined, we honor the community and the sustainable practices that make our exceptional teas possible.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love our tea! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right—whether that’s through a replacement or a refund.
